“How would you make money with AI if you had to start over” is a fun thought experiment, and most answers to it sell a trick, a prompt, a loophole, a gold rush. Our honest answer is older and duller than any trick, and it is the reason this agency exists: find a real problem someone repeats every week, and make it stop.

Tricks decay; problems don’t

Any edge that fits in a tweet is gone the moment enough people copy it. What does not decay is a business that quietly hates re-keying the same data, chasing the same invoices, or answering the same three questions all day. Those problems are durable, specific, and attached to someone who will happily pay to be rid of them. That is a market; a clever prompt is not.

Where we would actually start

We would pick one industry we understand, watch which services demand is visibly pulling toward, the 2026 demand board is a fair map, and build one genuinely useful system for one real workflow. Then ship it visibly from day one so trust compounds, which is the whole point of shipping daily. Not a hundred thin pages chasing keywords; one thing that works, then the next.

The unglamorous moat

The durable advantage is not access to a model everyone can rent, it is understanding a workflow deeply enough to automate the loop and leave the judgment with a person. That is every one of our solutions, and it is the opposite of chasing whatever is free this week. Boring, specific, repeatable, and it pays.
